Made this gingerbread house for display at the shop for Christmas. Yeah, I know, I copied one of my designs from last year cos I was way too busy to come up with a totally new design... But since it was my own design to begin with it's not really plagiarized :p

And this one only took me 2 days to complete by myself. I'm getting faster and faster at this lol.

I have a question, did you make the figures out of sugar dough? and do they keep well, or do they melt, or go bad after a few weeks?

They're made of fondant fortified with tylose. If kept in a cool dry place it can keep for months... I have some figurines which I've kept in display cases in my room for over 2yrs no problem.
