Nid d'abeille (Honey and Fruit Dacquoise).

2 Layers of dacquoise sandwiched with honey chiboust cream and a strawberry coulis disc. Decorated with honey almond coated dacquoise, marzipan bee with sliced almond wings and Earl Grey tea Ganache molded bonbons.

This was the whole cake and chocolate bonbons component of my final exam at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.
