Description
RazorTV, The Straits Times' web tv service, came down to do a segment about my workplace. I created these mini cakes for the occassion.
These are basically blackout cupcakes (removed from their cups) with a chocolate ganache core, covered with fondant. The computer is made of isomalt. The screen has a piece of paper with the logo printed on and is sandwiched between 2 pieces of isomalt. Keyboard is drawn on a rectangular piece of isomalt with black food coloring markers. Coffee cup and flower vase are fondant.

Amazing. They look wonderful
