So due to a last minute change, I suddenly had this single tier of chocolate blackout cake covered in white fondant lying around unused. Decided that it would be such a waste to throw it out so I gathered together some left-over decorations I had lying around from other projects I was working on and put together this cake in about 15mins. It's now on sale for S$60 at the shop...

Leaves and pearls are fondant, roses are gumpaste.

I love the colors of the roses and leaves. It's very pretty and unusually different, but in a good way. The cake is simple but very nice. :)
