Made this for my Mum's Birthday.

According to the Chinese Zodiac, she was born in the year of the Dragon. This being a Dragon year, it is particularly symbolic... Yeah... That and I just wanted to challenge myself with something really difficult lol...

Completely edible.
Chocolate fudge and fondant.

I would be too afraid to eat it! I have enough trouble forcing myself to get butter from a new tub because the top looks so smooth and shiny and I don't wanna ruin it with my knife– How am I supposed to eat a dragon sculpture?!
